APC National Women Leader Grants Scholarships to 3,700 Girls

Dr. Mary Idele-Alile, the National Women Leader of the ruling All Progressives Congress, announced on Monday a three-year scholarship program for 100 girls from each of the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.

Idele-Alile explained that the scholarships are her way of giving back to society and supporting the education of underprivileged girls.

The announcement was made through a statement released by her media office in Abuja on Monday.

She revealed that the scholarship program, which will benefit 3,700 recipients, is in partnership with Heart Bible University and Seminary in the United States.

She said, “These scholarships aim to support students interested in pursuing studies in IT Support, Project Management, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Cyber Security, UX Design, Counselling, and Psychology.

“The Office of the APC National Women Leader, in collaboration with Heart Bible University and Seminary, USA, is offering a three-year undergraduate scholarship for 100 girls from each of the 36 states and the FCT, making a total of 3,700 scholarships available.

“Eligible candidates must be between 18 and 30 years old and have a minimum of six credits in either GCE O-Level or NECO. However, limited slots are also available for males within the same age bracket.”
