The Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NiDCom) has identified a Nigerian woman residing in Canada who recently made a shocking call for the mass killing of Yoruba and Benin people through the poisoning of their food and water.
Earlier reports revealed that the woman, based in Ontario, Canada, appeared in a disturbing video circulating on social media.
In the video, she urged the killing of South-Westerners and residents of Benin City, Edo State, by poisoning their food and water.
During a live TikTok session, the woman vowed to begin poisoning the food and water of Yoruba and Benin people at her workplace.
She also called on the people of South-East Nigeria, known as Igbos, to harden their hearts and join her in poisoning Yoruba and Benin individuals wherever they encountered them.
Speaking in Pidgin English, she said, “Record me well. It’s time to start poisoning the Yorubas and the Benins.
Put poison in all your food at work. Put poison in all your water so you all will start dying one by one.
“You won’t die instantly. You’ll fall sick for a long time. I’ll put Otapiapia (rat poison) in your water and food. You will never recover.
“My hatred for you people will last forever. In all your food, I’ll put Otapiapia,” she said, as others at the meeting suggested additional poisons like Eat and Die and Sniper.
She continued, “I’ll put them in all your food. If I go to work tomorrow, I’ll put it (poison) in Yoruba people’s food. Go tell the government I’m in Canada, in Ontario. Hurry up, go fast.
“I’ll put Otapiapia, I’ll put Ogbomosho in your food. You’ll start hearing that Yorubas and Benins are dying. I’m the one saying it.
“I want Igbos to develop a wicked heart. You’re too quiet, too calm. Enough is enough.
If you have the means to kill them, do it, because they’re too foolish. They contribute nothing to society, just prostitutes and more.”
In response to the alarming video, NiDCom Chairman Abike Dabiri-Erewa stated that the commission had identified the woman as Amaka Patience Sunnberger, confirming her Igbo descent.
Dabiri-Erewa also noted that the woman had deleted her TikTok account, but a group of Nigerians in Canada had begun officially reporting her to the appropriate Canadian authorities.
On X (formerly Twitter), the NiDCom chair wrote, “This is the picture of the lady behind the voice, Amaka Patience Sunnberger.
“She has deleted her TikTok account, and Nigerians in Canada are reporting her to the relevant authorities. Thank you for alerting everyone.”
