Grammy-nominated Afrobeats star Davido has surprised his personal driver, Tunde Yussuf, with a brand-new Lexus SUV.

Yussuf, who also works as a tour assistant, posted a photo of the luxurious vehicle on Instagram, expressing his gratitude and prayers for Davido. He wrote, “Congratulations to me🙏🙏🙏🙏 God bless you 001 my boss @davido. You no go ever fall my oga. OBO DAN DO AM AGAIN.” The heartfelt message received over 4,000 likes, including one from Davido, along with numerous congratulatory comments from fans.

This gesture reflects Davido’s well-known generosity toward those close to him. He previously gifted aide Afeare Isreal a Toyota Venza as a reward for loyalty and gave assistant Lateef Biola a truck for his oil and gas business on his birthday in 2017.

Davido’s philanthropy extends beyond his team. On his birthday in 2021, he raised N250 million for Nigerian orphanages, donated N237 million to orphanages last July, and contributed N300 million in February.

His acts of kindness have earned him admiration and respect from both fans and peers, reinforcing his image as a compassionate and generous artist.
