In a groundbreaking move, ASHA Microfinance Bank, a key subsidiary of global microfinance giant ASA International, has appointed Funmilola Paseda Oladoyinbo as its first female Managing Director and CEO.

This landmark decision highlights the bank’s dedication to diversity and progressive leadership in Nigeria’s financial sector.

With over 20 years of experience in banking, Mrs. Paseda Oladoyinbo is celebrated for her dynamic leadership and accomplishments in roles at top institutions, including United Bank for Africa, Access Bank, Ecobank, and Keystone Bank.

Most recently, she served as Assistant Vice President & Zonal Head at FCMB, where she excelled in strategic business development. Her impressive academic credentials include an MBA in Data Analytics from Nottingham Business School and fellowships from esteemed institutions in credit and banking.
