New Governor and Deputy Sworn in to Lead Edo State

Edo State has officially ushered in its new leadership as Senator Monday Okpebholo was sworn in as Governor, with Dennis Idahosa as his Deputy, on Tuesday.

The Chief Justice of Edo, Daniel Okungbowa, administered the oath of office at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium.

In their speeches, both leaders pledged to uphold the constitution and prioritize the welfare of the state’s citizens. The atmosphere was filled with excitement as party supporters cheered throughout the ceremony, marking the start of a new era in Edo governance.
