• Delayed NEC Meeting: The BoT will address the urgent need to convene the long-overdue National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting, a demand echoed by PDP governors. The continued delay in holding the NEC meeting has eroded trust and confidence among party members.
• Leadership Rift: The meeting will address the growing rift between National Secretary, Minister of the Federal Capital Territory Nyesom Wike, and PDP Governors Forum Chairman, Bauchi Governor Bala Mohammed. This internal strife threatens to further destabilize the party.
