Trump Announces US Crypto Strategic Reserve, Featuring Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP, Solana, and Cardano to Strengthen America’s Digital Asset Leadership
US President Donald Trump has unveiled plans to establish a US Crypto Strategic Reserve, featuring Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), XRP, Solana (SOL), and Cardano (ADA) as core assets.
In a Sunday post on Truth Social, Trump said a presidential working group had been tasked with advancing the initiative to solidify America’s leadership in the global digital asset market and boost the crypto industry.
“A US Crypto Reserve will elevate this critical industry after years of corrupt attacks by the Biden Administration,” Trump stated. He vowed to make the US the crypto capital of the world, adding, “I also love Bitcoin and Ethereum!”
The announcement follows Trump’s December remarks supporting a US Bitcoin reserve, where he emphasized the need to stay ahead of global competitors like China.
