Iyabo Ojo Announces Cash Reward for Mercy Aigbe’s Missing Phones at Star-Studded Labake Olododo Premiere, Urges Finder to Return Them
Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo has announced a cash reward for anyone who finds and returns her colleague Mercy Aigbe’s missing phones.
The devices reportedly vanished during the premiere of Iyabo’s latest film, Labake Olododo, held at Filmhouse Cinemas IMAX in Lekki, Lagos, on Sunday, March 23. The historical drama, set for release on March 28, follows the journey of a fearless female warrior navigating power, love, and leadership.
A video obtained by NEWS REVIEW on Monday captured Iyabo Ojo pleading for the return of the phones, assuring a financial incentive.
“We are looking for it. Please, who has seen it? I did not say anyone stole it. If anyone finds a phone that is not theirs, please return it. I will personally reward you,” she stated.
Mercy Aigbe, visibly frustrated, was seen questioning her assistant, who was reportedly in charge of the phones before they went missing.
The film features an ensemble cast, including Odunlade Adekola, Cute Abiola, Saheed Balogun, Yinka Quadri, Olumide Oworu, Scarlet Gomez, Broda Shaggi, Wunmi Toriola, and Hafeez Oyetoro.
