Willian has announced his departure from Fulham after two seasons with the club.
The 36-year-old winger signed with the Premier League team on a free transfer in September 2022, following his time at Brazilian club Corinthians, where he began his professional career.
In a detailed Instagram statement, Willian confirmed his exit from Fulham, where he scored 10 goals in 67 appearances.
“I want to express my gratitude to Fulham for two wonderful years,” Willian shared.
“It was a special experience to return to the Premier League and be a part of this historic club with its amazing fans.
“I have cherished every moment, and this club will always hold a special place in my heart.”
Willian has spent a decade of his career playing in the Premier League, all for London-based clubs.
He enjoyed seven successful years with Chelsea from 2013 to 2020, winning two Premier League titles, the FA Cup, and the Europa League. After leaving Chelsea, he spent a year with Arsenal before returning to Brazil and joining Corinthians in 2021.
