Barcelona Reject Arsenal’s €90M Bid for Star Winger Raphinha
Barcelona have turned down Arsenal’s €90 million offer for Brazilian winger Raphinha, insisting they won’t entertain bids below €100 million.
The 27-year-old has been a standout performer this season, tallying 12 goals and 10 assists in just 17 appearances. His stellar form under manager Hansi Flick, who entrusted him with the captaincy, has made him indispensable to the Catalan side.
Arsenal, undeterred by past rejections, reignited their interest in Raphinha after failing to land him in 2022. However, Barcelona’s firm stance reflects the winger’s value as a versatile attacker and key figure in their squad.
Reports suggest that Barcelona might consider selling Raphinha for a record-breaking fee, potentially reinvesting in targets like Nico Williams. For now, though, they remain resolute in keeping their in-form captain.
