Governor Chukwuma Soludo has announced that President Bola Tinubu will visit Anambra State on May 8 to commission major projects executed by the state government.
Soludo made the disclosure on Thursday in Awka while addressing members of the Nigeria Labour Congress during the 2025 Workers’ Day celebration.
According to the governor, the President’s visit will mark the official inauguration of several projects completed under his administration over the past three years.
“This is proof that our administration is building partnerships that deliver results,” Soludo said, urging residents to give the President a warm reception.
Projects slated for commissioning include the Solution FunCity, Anambra Country Club, New Government House, New Government Lodge, New Presidential Lodge, and the Emeka Anyaoku Center at UNIZIK, Awka.
